I. Definitions
This policy clarifies the personal data we collect, store, use, and share ("process") when you use services ("Services") related to the Clean Ultra application and its website (the "Application").

  1. Affiliates: Refers to any company, legal entity, or their lawful successors that are currently or will be controlled by, under common control with, or controlling a party. "Control" means (1) direct or indirect ownership of over 50% of voting rights; (2) direct or indirect entitlement to over 50% of distributable profits; (3) direct or indirect control over the composition of more than half of the board of directors; or (4) direct or indirect holding of over 50% of registered capital.

  2. Personal Information: Refers to any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.

  4. Personal Information Deletion: Refers to the removal of personal information from systems involved in daily business operations, rendering it irretrievable or inaccessible.

Other Non-Personal Information: Refers to server data automatically received and recorded when you use our products or services, including but not limited to keywords entered, web page access records, operational status, network environment, error logs, and other objective records on our servers. Such information, which cannot be used to identify your identity, is not considered Personal Information.

VI. Third-Party SDK Services

  1. For statistical analysis, our product integrates third-party SDKs (e.g., [Umeng+]). We sign strict data security agreements with providers who comply with our privacy requirements. We do not share personally identifiable information without consent.

Our product integrates Umeng+ SDK, which collects your device MAC address, unique identifiers (IMEI, Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI) for statistical analysis, geographical calibration, and anti-cheating services. VIII. Privacy Policy Amendments
We may update this policy. We will not reduce your rights without explicit consent. Changes will be posted on this page. For major changes, we will notify you via prominent in-app notices or other means. If you disagree, discontinue using the app/services immediately.

IX. Miscellaneous

  1. Our services/social features may be public. Information disclosed in forums, blogs, or chats may become public. We are not responsible for Personal Information you disclose in such contexts.

  2. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, obtain parental consent before using our services. We do not knowingly collect minors’ information. If we inadvertently do so, we will promptly delete it.

  3. We may retain/share your Personal Information with overseas affiliates/partners per law and this policy. In mergers, reorganizations, or asset sales, we may disclose information to third parties (e.g., during due diligence), but this policy continues to apply.

  4. Your data is controlled by our company. This policy and our use of your information are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction. To opt out of newsletters/promotions, contact customer service.

We cooperate with authorities (e.g., data protection agencies) to resolve unresolved complaints about Personal Information processing. Disputes related to this policy shall be resolved by courts in our jurisdiction.
